In this project you will learn how to control ESP8266 with Google home. This tutorial shows you how to get your devices working without have to open a firewall port and without using IFTTT service.

Copy the “ArduinoJson” and “arduinoWebSockets” folders to your Arduino library folder before flashing the ESP board.

Another great video Nassir!!  Google Home does adds complexity, you cannot simply say add devices like you can with Echo, but in exchange it seems you get a little more flexibility with the commands. Thanks for doing this!
