It is a very nice looking home .
Buying a house out of the catalog now that’s awesome.
I think its on on atleast to lots .It has a huge yard and a seperate garage out back
Very cool
Sounds like an awesome home
Historic – big 3000sq ft - close to the beach
Oh and the yard looks tiny, less yard work
Thats very cool ,Gerry
I live in one of the Sears “cottages”. My house was built in 1935 and there are 4-5 more about 1/4 mile away. This house has a floor furnace, and is only 650 sq. ft. Originally sold as Summer homes, all have been Winterized for year round use…(in NY)
Gotcha
I’m sure , the roof line looks as though it would be an all season style roof for snow ect ,Gerry
I bet that is a lot more sturdy than todays homes!
Looked like it had a garage to the left and one way back on the right side ,Big property for that area at least 2 lots if not more
Thats what the news paper said , It was really deep and two stories , a cool find for me 🙂
Plus two fireplaces , I’ll bet the stairways are steep and narrow ,Gerry
Thats pretty cool my Folks where fond of sears as well , Gerry
Thanks for watching , really cool old house from 1925
I remember 🙂 Thought of you when I saw it in the paper .Got a great ghost sign today in down town Tampa
Thanks it was worth finding ,Gerry
This one looks like it has been maintained very well
Saw a clip in the paper and I wanted to go find it ,Gerry
Really nice it looks like its on a couple of lots too
Nice house and nice little yard.
I’ve heard of those homes, I do believe you can still buy kit homes just not from Sears, 3000sqft seems a bit large for that home from looking at it on video.
nice find and 3,000 sqft is HUGE for that day I would have to imagine especially considering it’s a kit home! very neat
Love the house. My Mom (now deceased) retired from Sears Roebuck. When I was growing up EVERYTHING we had came from sears. Clothes, stoves, washers/dryers, Tv/radio and all was insured by, you guessed it……..Allstate.
wow very cool man.
Pretty cool Cat!! I put up a video of a Sears house a while ago!! That one is a real beauty!!☺
That’s cool!
Sears had some very cool little bungalows, great homes.
Interesting.
Nice place!
